We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Política de devolución y reembolso
Únicamente se aplica la política de devolución los primeros 7 días después de recibido el producto, si llega en mal estado, dañado o no funciona. Nuestro equipo de servicio al cliente revisará la solicitud de devolución y enviará más instrucciones si la devolución es aprobada. Los artículos devueltos deben estar en su embalaje original, incluyendo cualquier accesorio, manual y documentación. ¿CUÁNTO TARDA ESTE PROCESO?
El procesamiento de las devoluciones puede tardar hasta 14 días hábiles a partir del día en que recibimos su devolución. Le enviaremos un correo electrónico para confirmar una vez que su devolución haya sido procesada. Para los artículos devueltos, se acreditará un reembolso completo por los productos devueltos. Para los artículos no defectuosos, el reembolso excluye todos los gastos de envío y manipulación…
¿CUÁNDO RECIBIRÉ MI CAMBIO?
No se hará reembolso del dinero, si en la primer entrega, el producto no funciona o llega en mal estado, se enviará una nueva unidad, si el problema persiste se revisará la posibilidad de un reembolso
